I was thinking about adding a "Skype Me" feature on the blog & website where you could talk to us through your computer, in addition to chatting or leaving pithy posts. If I did, would you find that beneficial for asking questions or getting to know the company a little bit better?
You wouldn't need a special phone or hardware, just download the FREE software from Skype's website and talk for FREE to any other Skype member.

Sure thing...basically it works like IM; you have a buddy list of your friends on Skype and you can see when they're online. Instead of chatting with the keyboard, you can talk to them with the microphone on your computer.
In this case, if I put a "Skype Me" button on the blog, it would tell you if I was online and ready to talk, you'd hit the button, your Skype would contact mine, and we could talk over the internet.
If you don't have a mic for your computer, you should be able to get one for under $20, like the one made by Koss featured in our online store.
You could use Skype to call land lines and cell phones, but that would cost a little money (about $15/year). Not bad considering most phone companies charge between $25-50/month for phone service.
Anyway, hope this helps clarify what it is and how it works.
